Tamara’s private sessions are a therapeutic blend from the traditions of Ayurveda and Yoga, addressing physical as well as emotional imbalances. This includes but is not limited to: stress, anxiety, digestive issues, respiratory issues, diabetes, skin problems, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, emotional eating, back pain, sciatica PMS, menopausal symptoms, hormonal imbalance, lethargy, nutritional deficiency, and symptoms otherwise untreatable according to Western medicine.
You may request an emphasis on any of the modalities offered below. You may also call Tamara at 936-2255351 or via Skype for a free 15 minute intake to determine which modality or combination of modalities will be of the most benefit to address your individual concerns.
Private Sessions with Tamara are available in person and internationally over the phone or Skype.
