Group yoga classes are a rather new phenomenon. Traditionally, yoga was taught one on one. The great ancient teachers understood the importance of individualizing each yoga experience to meet the needs of the student. Today, a private session allows for a more intimate view into your practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your practice or spend some time working with an injury or condition. One on one, you can experience the benefits of yoga in a safe, personal way. Tamara offers both private yoga classes as well as yoga therapy sessions. These sessions can be scheduled at the studio, off-site or internationally via Skype.
PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES for you or your group ( 60 min/ 90 min.) are an invaluable tool to address your goals and work on areas of individual interest. These sessions can help you deepen your practice, gain confidence, ask questions ,receive guidance on proper alignment so as to avoid injury and have a practice tailored to your needs.
